Boot Camps
(All Boot Camp Sessions are "In-House" Training meaning the instructor will come to you home for the sessions.)
Beginner Boot Camp
This is the program that you can use to either jump start your fitness routine or you can use this program to change up your current routine for some muscle confusion. What is great about this program is that it works for you no matter what your fitness level is. This is a 4 week program 8 sessions total.
Advance Boot Camp
The Advance program is for people that have completed the Beginner program and wanted to continue with their journey to better health. This program is constantly going on.
Corporate Boot Camp
Looking for a program for your employees? Boot Camp is your answer! This program will provide a fun workout routine that your employees can come to on there free time. Fitness is important even in the work place; a healthy employee is a happy employee! Your employees will find them selves being in a better mood during the day after releasing some stress through physical activity.
PT Program
This program is designed for those that are preparing to take the police physical test. You will work on gaining the Endurance, Strength and Flexibility that is needed to pass the basic police physical test. Time slots are available Monday - Friday all throughout the day. The PT Program is a minimum of 8 sessions. Go to your next police physical testing with the confidence that you have prepared yourself for success! Sessions may be single or groups depending on sign ups for that time slot.
